How pricing works
The studio's prices show on the booking page when you choose a visit. This is what sets them.
What decides the price
The price of a visit follows the service you choose, how long it takes and what you add. The booking page shows the studio's prices before you confirm, and nothing is added on the day without asking you first.
The service and its length
Add-ons, such as LED light or a soothing mask
Whether the visits are booked as the four-visit series
Whether the visit is a consultation on its own
What the consultation covers
A 30-minute consultation comes before a first facial and before any series. You talk through what you use and what sets your skin off, and Shantel looks at your skin under the lamp. It is booked on its own or as the first part of the 90-minute first visit, and the booking page shows which.
Nothing is done to your skin during a consultation
You leave with a written note
Deposits
First visits and the series take a deposit. It holds your time and goes toward your service, and the booking page shows the amount when you book.
Canceling or running late
Tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit goes to the new time. A visit missed without notice keeps the deposit with the studio. If you arrive late, the visit may be shortened.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light, a soothing mask and a home-routine review can be added to a facial when you book or on the day. Shantel names the add-on and its time first, and you say yes before she starts. The booking page shows each one's price.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, by card or in cash.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards are for any amount. Buy one on the gift card page, and the person you give it to books any visit or the series with it.
