The series

Four visits, three weeks apart

A series is a plan for visits, not a promise of an outcome. Each visit has one job, and each starts from the note of the last.

  1. Week 0 · 90 min01

    Consultation and first facial

A 90-minute visit. Thirty minutes of talking and looking under the lamp, then an extraction facial planned from what you said.

    • Checked: what you use at home, in order

    • Checked: what sets your skin off, and when it is at its worst

    • A written note to take home

  2. Week 3 · 60 min02

    Extraction facial

A 60-minute facial. Shantel reads your note back to you and asks what has changed before she begins.

    • Checked: how your skin has settled since the first visit

    • Checked: anything new at home, including things you stopped

    • Extractions where your skin allows

  3. Week 6 · 60 min03

    Home-routine review

A 60-minute visit that includes a 30-minute review of everything you use, in the order you use it.

    • Checked: every product, step by step

    • Checked: what overlaps and what stings

    • The order is written down for you

  4. Week 9 · 45 min04

    A look back

A 45-minute facial, and the four notes side by side.

    • Checked: the four notes together

    • Decided together: keep going, space visits out, or stop

    • A dermatologist is suggested if that makes sense

What a series is

What the series does, and doesn't, promise

  • It is a plan

You know the four visits, their order and what is checked before the first one starts.

  • It is not an outcome

Skin changes at its own pace. Results vary, and Shantel doesn't promise one.

  • It can stop early

If the series isn't helping you or you've had enough, you stop. Visits you haven't used are yours to cancel under the policies.

Questions about the series

Do I book all four visits at once?

You book the series on the booking page and choose your four times then, or one at a time as you go. A deposit holds the series and goes toward it.

What if I need to move a visit?

Tell us 24 hours ahead. A moved visit keeps its place in the series.

Is the consultation part of the series?

Yes. The first visit is the consultation and a facial, so the series starts with it.

What if I want to stop after two visits?

Then you stop. Shantel will tell you what she'd suggest, and the booking page shows how unused visits are handled.

Can I have a series if I've been on a skin medicine?

Tell us at booking, and ask your doctor first. Shantel may suggest waiting, or a different plan.

Book the series

Start with the consultation, and the other three visits follow from it.
