Our policies

Book on the booking page or call the studio. First visits and the series take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service. Shantel confirms by text or email, whichever you choose.

Tell us 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move a visit. A moved visit keeps its place in the series. If you arrive late, the visit may be shortened so the next person's time stays theirs.

If a visit is missed without notice, the deposit stays with the studio and the next booking asks for one again. If something comes up, call as soon as you know and we'll find another time.

Compress sees adults, 18 and over. Please come on your own: the suite is one room with no waiting area, so there is no space for guests.

Before a new product goes on your skin, Shantel tries it on a small spot along your jaw and waits before going further. Tell us about any product that has stung or reddened your skin, and we'll tell you every ingredient we use.

If something about your visit isn't right, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together. Skin takes a few days to settle after a facial, so we ask you to give it that time first.

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, by card or in cash.

Come with your skin as it is, and arrive 10 minutes early for a first visit. Bring everything you use at home, or photos of it. If you take a skin medicine from a doctor, or used a strong product in the past week, tell us when you book.

If you are pregnant, take a medicine for your skin from a doctor or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book an extraction facial or LED light, and tell us at booking. When what Shantel sees needs a doctor, she'll say so and suggest a dermatologist.
